SendSound Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of the SendSound app, Messages extension, widgets, and shared web previews. By creating an account or using SendSound, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must meet the minimum age required to use SendSound in your location.

User content and rights

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant SendSound a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service according to your sharing choices.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary for content you upload or share, including music, images, video, audio, and personal information belonging to others.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post, send, or share illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. Do not impersonate others, evade blocks or moderation, manipulate credits or advertising, scrape the service, distribute malware, disrupt SendSound, or attempt unauthorized access.

Moderation

SendSound may investigate reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or secure the service. Use in-app reporting and blocking tools or email support@send-sound.com.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Credits are a limited, non-transferable in-app entitlement with no cash value. Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions under its payment terms. Subscription features remain available for the paid period unless revoked or refunded. Subscriptions renew through Apple unless canceled in Apple ID settings. Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are not refundable by SendSound.

Third-party services

SendSound may link to or depend on Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, Algolia, Cloudinary, Giphy, and other services. Their availability and terms are outside SendSound’s control.

Service availability

We work to keep SendSound available, but features may change, pause, or stop and content may occasionally be unavailable. SendSound is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Account termination and deletion

You can initiate account deletion in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these terms. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already necessary to operate shared content, enforcement, and limitations—will survive.

Changes

We may update these terms as SendSound evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
